Emerald Gardens welcomes new members!
If you are a medical marijuana patient as defined by Chapter 69.51a RCW, you can start your membership with us.
To join our patient collective, please come in Monday – Friday between 11AM and 4PM and bring:
1. Your original, tamper-proof Washington State Medical Marijuana authorization/recommendation
2. Washington State photo ID or driver’s license.
You will then need to complete your intake paperwork and we must be able to verify your recommendation by phone to your authorizing provider.
Please remember that patients are legally responsible for carrying their up-to-date authorizations on tamper-proof paper at all times when carrying any medical marijuana/cannabis products. Carrying a card only is NOT a guarantee of protection and NOT a substitute for the original tamper-proof paper!
